Australia offers a tremendous diversity of wines and is home to some of the world’s oldest original vineyards. Tonight’s tasting will showcase just how far this picturesque country has moved on from the overripe, over-oaked styles of 20 years ago. There’s still no shortage of the friendly flavours that first captured out hearts, but today’s wines are more subtle and complex, and are getting better with each vintage. Come on a journey with us to explore exciting new wine wonders from Down Under!
