For Rosewood Winery, it all started with a honeymoon promise to one day open a winery. In 2000, Eugene and Renata purchased the land that would soon become Rosewood, a family operated winery & meadery on the Beamsville Bench in Lincoln Ontario. They focus on healthy soil ecology, producing pure expressions of our Canadian terroir.
For Odla, the brainchild of Arlie and Brett, the desire was to create a farm to table experience, celebrating excellent Saskatchewan farm products with a return to simplicity and tradition.
Join us for a five course evening when William Roman, General Manager and 3rd generation Beekeeper, and Estate Chef Wesley Gendron, both of Rosewood join forces with Odla’s inspired culinary staff to create a passionate pas de deux of Rosewood wines and fine cuisine.
Fresh oysters will be shucked by Wes Gendron from Canoe Oysters at an additional cost.
Doors open at 6:15 pm
