March 7, 2026 - Tasting the Big 6: Sensory Evaluation

Are you intrigued by how, a beverage made from grapes, can taste or smell like hundreds of other things that aren’t even grapes?  Do you struggle with finding the words to describe them?

This evening, we will taste through 6 classic varietals of wine and teach you how to focus in on their characteristics, enjoy identifying aromas and flavours, while learning to discern quality.

Appetizers for this event will be provided by Diego Escudero Catering. Please note any special dietary requirements.
