Refund policy

Co-op Wine Spirits and Beer will provide a full refund for any item purchased online or in store, provided the return meets the following conditions:

• The items are in saleable condition, labels intact and there is no wear or damage to the packaging 
• The return is made within 14 days of your original purchase
• The return is accompanied by your original receipt

You will be issued a refund for the purchase price onto your original method of payment. Please note any delivery charges are non-refundable
