WSET Courses
The Wine & Spirit Education Trust is an awarding body and registered charity devoted to the development and delivery of qualifications and courses in wines and spirits. Established in 1969 for the UK wine trade, WSET has since grown to become the global industry leader. WSET qualifications are designed for those who are just starting out in their careers, as well as established professionals, and the many enthusiasts who have a passion for wines, spirits, sake and beer.
We are pleased to partner with Vinsanity School of Wine to offer WSET courses in the Training and Education Centre located in our 8th Street liquor store in Saskatoon. Started in Winnipeg in 2020, Vinsanity School of Wine is an Approved Programme Provider of the prestigious courses of the Wine and Spirit Education Trust. Vinsanity school principal Andrea Eby graduated the WSET Diploma with Distinction (an honour earned by fewer than 3% of graduates) and has also earned the Society of Wine Educators Certified Wine Expert title and designations of Italian, French and Spanish Wine Scholar through the Wine Scholar Guild. Andrea will be working with local instructors Dawn Wreford and Kandra Kergen to bring WSET programs to life in Saskatoon.

Level 1
Date: Saturday, February 8th - 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
(Exam @ 4:30 PM)

Level 2
Date: Saturday, Sunday, March 1st/2nd, Saturday, March 15th - 9:30 to 5:30 PM (Exam Sunday, March 16th 10:00 AM)
Location: Saskatoon Co-op Wine Spirits & Beer
Tuition: $1050.00 (inclusive of tax)
Level 3
Date: Sundays March 23, 30 & April 6, 13, 27 - 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM (Exam Sunday, May 11th 10:00 AM)

Tuition: $1850.00 (inclusive of tax)
