Spend a fun-filled evening tasting and gaining a foundational education on beer!  First, exploring beer’s origins in the ancient world, then following the fascinating evolution of this magical brew, we will time travel to the present day and cover ingredient identification, the brewing process and key style characteristics, as well as basic food pairing and end with a discussion on why we, here in Saskatchewan, are placed on one of the planet’s best places to truly discover and enjoy good beer. 

Appetizers for this event will be provided by Diego Escudero Catering. Please note any special dietary requirements.
