Ambroisie Vouvray

Capable of making both still and sparkling premium wines that run the gamut from bone dry to sweet, Chenin Blanc is one of the most versatile of all wine grapes. This one is a light, lemony gold colour with high-toned floral notes, poached pear, quince and caramel. It is dry on the palate with medium body and a chalky minerality. It has a refined richness and freshness of the style that will pair with pork chops, roast turkey or smoked salmon.
