Black Hills Estate Ipso Facto

The 2017 vintage of Ipso Facto is a blend of Syrah and Merlot, wit a small percentage of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. The nose opens up with bright aromas of Bing Cherry, followed by a dusting of crushed violets. The palate echoes with notes of ripe cherry, black tea and cocoa on the finish. This elegant wine is structured with beautiful acidity and medium tannins.
