Cono Sur Organic Cabernet Sauvginon Gran Reserve

One of the best values for money on the market today, this is a cabernet with all its letters, a clear example of variety in a warm climate. It's from clay soils in Colchagua, and that clay is felt in the round, sweet texture. The aromas are ripe, the barrel (14 months of aging) is very much in the background, and the texture features polished, smooth, and even creamy tannins.
