This wine is made from 85% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Chardonnay grapes harvested from the forty-two acres owned by the Delaille family. Before becoming an official AOC in 1993, Cheverny was regarded as a top region in the Loire. Well-structured and balanced. Clean and crisp, with notes of gooseberry, lemongrass, dill. Dry on the palate, with light body, and bright, refreshing acidity. Long, mouthwatering finish.
