As you follow the east-flowing Danube, Central Europe begins to shift to a more eastern, more remote feel. Lesser known and exotic varietals become the norm as a whole new world of wine’s diversity opens up in Austria, then further eastward to Hungary.

Spend an evening with the charming Mary Stirling of Salivate, as she guides you through some of her favourite selections as we cruise eastward through fascinating regions and their unforgettable wines.
