Some say that the story of the discovery of fermentation is the story of civilization’s beginnings.

Before the dawn of written history, civilizations around the world have discovered and worked with fermentation as a means of preserving produce beyond harvest periods. As millennia have rolled past, we clever creatures have innovated, improved and perfected this wonderful beverage called wine and brought it to the modern day.

Join us for an evening of celebrating this gift handed down to us from the ancients as we taste, explore and learn about wine’s ancestral regions and how their wines have evolved for our enjoyment.
