Transparent and light ruby red. the nose is delicate, very fruity, with the characteristic hints of red fruits (raspberries) and delicate spicy and herbaceous notes; On the palate it is fresh, rich and perfectly balanced between softness and hardness. Very elegant and velvety. It loves dishes with freshness and medium structure, especially fish and white meat main courses. Try it also in combination with cheese. Spätburgunder, or pinot noir, 100% cultivated in the ancient vineyards of the Eberbach monastery on soils rich in limestone and harvested between September and October. Refinement in steel only which maintains the typical freshness of the grape.
