This Brut Reserve is made from the best parcels of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The grapes are carefully hand-harvested and meticulously pressed to maintain the most pristine quality. The final wine is aged for a decadent minimum of five years on lees prior to final disgorgement and ultimate release.
In the glass, a deep golden colour with a wheat hue. On the nose, aromas of ripe orchard fruits, brioche, and toasted almond. The palate is broad yet finely balanced - showcasing a remarkable depth while retaining a crystalline purity. Chardonnay contributes minerality and finesse, while Pinot Noir adds body and a subtle red fruit complexity. Fine bubbles and a creamy mouthfeel lend an expansive finale with a whisper of saline minerality.
