With Burgundy’s central location in Western Europe, all roads, canals and pilgrimage pathways lead to the iconic vineyards once tended by patient monks for centuries. We will explore together the history, learn about the unique influence of terroir and taste through both classics and new arrivals as we toast one of the world’s finest winegrowing regions.
