Produced using 100% Gamay grape, using the classic method and aged in steel vats to preserve the wine's fruity, natural character!
A bright red color with a slightly transparent finish. The nose has aromas of strawberry, raspberry, and cherry with some peppery notes. A typical fruity Gamay. The palate is velvety and soft with rounded tannins. Serve with charcuterie, a cheese platter, or roast turkey or ham dinner.
