Zenato Alanera Rosso IGT

This wine is a tribute to Sergio’s legacy of bringing understanding, wisdom and rigorous work to viticulture in Valpolicella. The Three Swallows serve as symbol to its trio of native grapes: Corvina, Rondinella and Corvinone.  The blend is finished with a blending in of grapes that we are more familiar with: Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.  All the grapes go through the drying process which allows us to have a wine that has aromas of, dried cherries and fallen leaves and is full of flavours such as ripe cherries, coffee and sweet tobacco.  Full bodied with lush, round tannins this wine would be a great accompaniment to braised of roasted red meats, ragus and hard cheeses.
