Waipara West Two Terraces Pinot Noir 2022

An earthy wine driven by aromas of mixed cherries, raspberries, savoury herbs, dry forest floors and hints of wood smoke. A mixture of crunchy cherries and ripe red currants give a juiciness that is balanced by a vibrant acidity, a lively mineral mouthfeel, underlying brown spice characteristics and fine chalky tannins, resulting in a overall deliciously salivating wine. Perfect slightly chilled and perhaps served with BBQ lamb souvlaki.
