Redbreast Tawny Port Edition

Redbreast Tawny Port Cask Edition marks the third release in the Iberian Series, inspired by the distillery’s connection to some of the region’s most celebrated producers. This small batch Redbreast is aged 8-10 years old, initially in ex- bourbon and oloroso sherry barrels, with a portion then siphoned off and re-casked in Tawny Port casks, then all the whiskies are combined and finished in Tawny Port Hogsheads for 14- 25 months. The subtle aromas of citrus fruit with dried apricots and raisins lead to luscious fruit flavours with vanilla, spice, toasted oak and a lengthy finish.
