Three Thieves Pinot Grigio

The Thieves love a good Pinot Grigio so they set out to craft a wine that would show off the varietals best characteristics. The wine first undergoes 100% non-malolactic fermentation before being cold fermented at 50F. These processes enhance and preserve the bright aromas, fresh fruit flavors and crisp, refreshing acidity that make Pinot Grigio so darned delicious.
