Adalia Organic Ripasso Superiore DOC

This Ripasso, a blend of 30% Corvina, 40% Corvina Grossa, 20% Rondinella, 10% Molinara offeris lively fruit aromas and flavor of spice and cherry. Made from partially dried grapes, the resulting taste is both elegant and smooth, with well-balanced tannins. Serving suggestions: Perfect with all meats both roasted and BBQ or hard cheeses.
