Spontaneous Manifesto 2024 is a 100% Spontaneous Fermentation blend of 1, 2 & 3 year barrels. This beer won a bronze medal at the 2026 World Beer Cup® and a silver medal at the 2026 Concours International de Lyon. This is the third vintage of our most awarded beer, with previous vintages also winning medals at the World Beer Cup® in 2024 and 2025, gold at the Concours International de Lyon in 2025, as well as Canada Gold at the 2025 World Beer Awards.

Spontaneous Manifesto is Blind Enthusiasm’s quintessential 100% Spontaneous Fermentation beer. Made using historical methods developed in Belgium over generations, the result of these techniques is a unique product shaped by our local environment and indigenous microflora. This 2024 vintage showcases classic stone fruit, apple & citric flavours and aromas with some bright red wine fruitiness, and subtle tannin, highlighted by a balanced acidity. We hope you like it!
