Brancaia Stella

 From Casa Brancaia, the grapes are handpicked and from the northern region of Trentino. Made from 100% Chardonnay, the Spumante Metodo Classico is a result of meticulously hand-picked grapes. Named "Stella" in honor of Barbara Widmer’s daughter, Nina, who as a young girl fondly referred to the sparkling wine's bubbles as “stars”, this sparkling wine boasts an elegant bouquet. It features delicate aromas of bread and almonds, hallmarks of the traditional method. The palate mirrors the aromas and is fresh and vibrant, with a fine and persistent bubble.
