Garage Wine Cencibel

Garage Wine Cencibel is a red wine from Castile-La Mancha made by Garage Wine from the Cencibel variety, the traditional local name for Tempranillo. It comes from selected vineyards worked with an artisanal approach and minimal intervention. The nose offers aromas of ripe red fruit, spicy notes and light balsamic nuances. On the palate it is balanced and structured, with firm but well-integrated tannins, good acidity and a persistent finish. A red that reflects La Mancha’s identity with character and authenticity.

On the nose you get warm ripe summer fruit aromas, dry grass, and hints of sweet tobacco, the wine really smells of the land it comes from. In the mouth, it's smooth and balanced despite not having any oak ageing, a testament to the care and quality of the grapes.
