Glenelly Le Rose de May

The 2023 vintage shows components of cranberries, raspberries, warm spices and earth on the nose. On the palate, the tartness of the fruit comes through and strawberries are predominant as well as dried thyme and pomegranate. This wine of 100% syrah would be perfect with cured meats and hard cheeses on a charcuterie board or grilled vegetables finished with crumbled feta and a drizzle of balsamic reduction.
