Lot 40 Dark Oak

Lot No. 40 Dark Oak amplifies the bold character of the original Lot No. 40 rye. Crafted from 100% rye and distilled in a traditional copper pot still, it begins with aging in new American oak before being finished in a second barrel that is heavily charred to level 4. The result is a deeper, darker expression with intensified rye spice, dried-fruit richness, and greater depth from the additional oak influence. Bottled at 48% alc./vol, Dark Oak delivers a fuller, more robust take on Canadian rye, built for slow sipping or bold classics.
