Made with grapes of the Viura, Garnacha blanca and Malvasía varieties, from the centuries-old vines of our Vitarán and Vizcarral Estates, hand-harvested in small capacity boxes.  Pre-fermentation maceration of must and skins at a controlled temperature of 8 ºC. Alcoholic fermentation of the virgin must, without pressing, in new Hungarian oak barrels.  Aging in the same Hungarian barrel, on its fine lees for 3 to 4 months. Straw yellow color with greenish iridescence. Intense aromas of white fruits, pear and apple, intermingled with tropical touches, pineapple, lychees, mango, and notes of quince jam are enveloped by the spices from its aging in wood. On the palate it is fresh, balanced and intense, with a broad and unctuous mouthfeel and an aromatic and persistent finish. Perfect with all types of fish and rare or marinated red meat. Exquisite with soft cheeses and nuts.
