French-trained wine Queen, Amanda Scott, and her team have done it again with this smooth and full-bodied red that exudes the ripest fruit, with a flash of crushed black pepper, candied cherry and dehydrated rose petals. Yes, it's dry and mellows you out – thanks to that French oak – just how we like it. The Noughty Rouge is made from Syrah grapes grown on the wine-famous countryside of Darling, South Africa and aged for 12 months to give you more depth, more complexity and more to talk about at the dinner table.
