Are you intrigued by how wines gain complexity, softening and developing deeper layers of flavour or how youthful liveliness and freshness can fade, converting into richness of flavour?  

Experience an evening in which we learn more in depth the complexities of how wine ages and how this is sometimes a gain, on occasion a loss, and often a fascinating shift in personality.
