In the last century, Canadian wines have evolved dramatically from humble beginnings defined by workhorse grapes produced wholesale for cheap distillation, to the present day in which Canadian wines are attracting worldwide attention and respect.   Contemporary visions of Canada’s incredible winemaking potential are only just now being unlocked, realised and brought to life and the journey has been fascinating!
