Submission Cabernet Sauvignon

Crafted using fruit from select growers and sites, the 2017 comprises fruit from Sonoma, Napa, Paso Robles and Lodi. This wine will have that ripe cassis flavour so characteristic of California Cabernet, with smoky dark fruit, chocolate, oak spice and a velvety mouthfeel.
